Privacy Policy

floflo ("we", "our", or "us") operates the floflo mobile application and website at flofloapp.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
1. Information we collect
Account information
When you register you provide your name, email address, and password (or sign in via Google). Business users additionally provide store name, address, and contact details.
Photos and images
When you use the AI try-on feature you upload a photo of yourself and select a garment image. These images are processed to generate a virtual try-on result and are stored temporarily. You can delete saved looks at any time from your profile.
Location
We request approximate or precise device location to show nearby stores on the map. Location is used only while the app is in use and is never sold or shared with advertisers.
Usage data
We collect standard usage information such as pages visited, features used, device type, operating system, and crash reports to improve the app.
Payment information
Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store your card or bank details. We receive only a transaction reference and status from PayPal.
2. How we use your information
- Provide and personalise the floflo service.
- Generate AI try-on results from photos you submit.
- Show you nearby stores based on your location.
- Process payments for premium features.
- Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset).
- Detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
- Improve and develop new features.
3. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage (EU/US data centres).
- Google Sign-In — optional social login.
- Google Maps — map display and location search.
- PayPal — payment processing for business subscriptions.
- Cloudflare R2 — media file storage.
Each third party has its own privacy policy and we recommend reviewing them. We do not sell your data to any third party.
4. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Try-on images that are not saved expire after 24 hours. Saved looks are kept until you delete them. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
5. Your rights
Depending on your location you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Data portability.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at flofloteam2@gmail.com. You can also delete your account directly from the app under Settings → Delete account.
6. Children
floflo is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security on our database, and access controls on all stored data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy in the app and updating the effective date above. Continued use of floflo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
