Delete your account

You can delete your floflo account and all associated data directly from the app, or by contacting us. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

Option 1 — Delete from the app

1. Open the floflo app and sign in.
2. Tap your profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.
3. Go to Settings.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account will be permanently deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request by email

Send an email to flofloteam2@gmail.com with the subject line "Account deletion request" and include the email address associated with your floflo account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your name, email address, and profile information.
• Saved try-on looks and wardrobe items.
• Uploaded photos and generated try-on images.
• Store and product listings (for business accounts).
• Order and transaction history associated with your account.

What data is retained

Certain data may be retained for up to 90 days after deletion for backup and fraud prevention purposes, after which it is permanently purged. Anonymised, aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely.
